About OffDeck

A small team that works alongside yours.

OffDeck is a small, global team that works alongside early and mid-stage tech and AI companies. We assess, we map, we configure, we deliver, then we do it again with sharper signal.

Onwards. Every step, every stage, together.
Why we exist

Most companies don't fail. They forget.

Every founder we've worked with had the answer somewhere — in their head, in a Slack thread, in the margin of a board pre-read. The problem was never knowing. The problem was holding what they knew, long enough for it to compound.

Tools are not the issue. There is no shortage of CRMs, trackers and dashboards. They each ask one question well, then leave the founder to assemble the answer.

OffDeck asks a different question. Is this company ready for what's next, and what should change? We answer it by listening, mapping, configuring what fits, and writing it down: a written assessment and a sequenced roadmap first, then the work.

How we work

Four qualities. Every conversation.

These are the words we use to check our own work. If a piece of OffDeck — a proposal, a page on this site, a conversation with a client — doesn't pass all four, we change it.

01
Clear

Say what you mean, in plain English.

We resist jargon, abstractions, and hype. If a sentence wouldn't survive a real conversation with a real founder, it doesn't ship.

02
Confident

Hold a point of view, hold it well.

Companies hire us for judgement, not options. We tell founders what we think, name our assumptions, and stay open to being wrong.

03
Empathetic

This is hard. Treat it that way.

Building a company is one of the harder things a person can choose to do. Our tone — in email, on calls, in person — respects that, always.

04
Purposeful

Every piece of work earns its place.

We default to less — fewer meetings, fewer tools, fewer decks. The mark of a serious partner is what it refuses to do.
